We are excited to have the opportunity to educate your child. Whether your child is new to our school or returning, please follow the guidelines below to complete their enrollment.
Registration
New Student Enrollment
Please submit the following documents:
- Enrollment Packet (Download under “Forms” below.)
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Indian Blood
- Current Immunization Record
- Legal Court Documents: Required if the child resides with someone other than biological parents. (Download Power of Attorney below.)
- Withdrawal Form (From the previous school)
Returning Student Enrollment
Please ensure the following is completed and submitted:
- Updated Enrollment Packet
- Current Immunization Record
Kindergarten Enrollment
Kindergarten students are welcome at Kayenta Boarding School. Children must be 5 years old before December 31 of the school year to be eligible for enrollment. All documents listed under “New Students” are required. (Download the kindergarten enrollment packet under “Forms” below.)
